Shipping & Returns

The Locking Security Mailbox Store offers free shipping for orders over $100 and a flat $9.95 per item rate for orders under $100. Offer is limited to the contiguous 48 United States. Alaska and Hawaii cost more because we ship UPS and Fedex, and they charge more for service to these two states. For shipping to Alaska or Hawaii please go ahead and place the order and we will contact you with the shipping cost. Or you can call or email and we will get you a quote. We ship to Canada, so please call or email us with your address and we will reply with a shipping quote. 

Delivery Time
Average delivery time for locking mailboxes is 4 to 7 business days to arrive. A few of our mailboxes and drop boxes are made to order and require 8 to 12 additional business days for production. Return Policy
We have a 60 day money back guarantee for non-custom built items. Custom made items and bulk orders of more than 10 units are not returnable. If an item is received damaged you must notify us within 3 business days. Freight shipments must be inspected before signing as received.

If you would like to arrange a return, please contact us by email BEFORE you send it back. This is so we can make sure you are shipping it back to the correct address and to track your return. For personalized items, there is a 70 percent restocking fee for returns, since they cannot be resold. All custom manufactured (custom built) items are not returnable since they have been built specifically for your needs. Any order cancellation of custom manufactured items must be made within 24 hours.  Please keep all original packing for all returns. For parcel dropboxes and other large items there will be a 15 to 20 percent restocking fee. 

Items shipped without return authorization and/or returned past the 60 day return time frame will not be credited or will be subject to a 50% restocking fee. Original shipping cost is non refundable. Returned items must be in new condition with the original box and packaging.

Security Guarantee
We guarantee that every transaction you make at the Locking Security Mailbox Store will be safe. This means you pay nothing if unauthorized charges are made to your card as a result of shopping at the Locking Security Mailbox Store. Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50 of fraudulent charges. If your bank does hold you liable for any of this $50, the Locking Security Mailbox Store will pay the entire liability for you, up to the full $50. The Locking Security Mailbox Store will pay this liability only if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made at the Locking Security Mailbox Store while using our secure server. In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures. When you make a purchase online with the Locking Security Mailbox Store, the transaction is encrypted and secure. You will see an icon at the bottom of your browser that shows this when you get to the page when you enter payment information. You will also see that the address begins with "https:" which means that it is a secure connection.
