The hopper style mail drop door allows small packages such as prescriptions to be delivered with ease, while keeping unwanted hands out. Each mailbox has a combination of heavy duty aluminum, electro galvanized steel with stainless steel hinges. The mailbox is coated with a durable powder coated finish. Add the optional outgoing mail kit with flag. It allows you to notifiy for pick up and clip your mail for your postal carrier to take when he opens the drop hopper door.
Each mailbox has a durable powder coated finish and comes in 4 color options: Black, Grey, Green or Brown. With a durable powder coated finish this box is designed to last even in adverse climates. The inground post works by using a 4 x 4 wood post as the base. The steel post will slide over the wood post and can be secured with screws. The surface mounted mailbox post has a flat plate on both the top and bottom. The bottom plate is used to secure to your existing hard surface like cement. The plate on the top of the post is used to secure the mailbox to the post.

Optional Post Specifications:
- Both in ground and surface posts are 4" x 4" extruded 1/8' wall aircraft-grade aluminum
- Surface mounted post is 30" long

If you want to use your existing post a flat steel plate or piece of wood is necessary to secure the mailbox to the post. For example, if you have a 4 x 4 wood post you can secure a 2 x 6 x 12 to the top of the post. Then you would secure the mailbox to the 2 x 6.
