We purchased one of these larger mailboxes after a ton of research. We wanted something that could fit small parcels, courier envelopes, and was secure. The high security lock is well installed, sturdy and was worth the extra money. Installation was simple and appropriate hardware was included. The anti-theft teeth work well and we are happy that our tenants mail is much more secure than it was previously. Was delivered on time and as promised. Even shipped to Canada for less than others that were going to ship to us from within Canada. Thanks for a great product and great service!

This is a very well built and sturdy mail box, which is immediately evident when you lift it. It also has a security feature to prevent people from reaching in the box to remove the mail with either their hands or a stick.

I am very happy with this box. Very well made. Heavy made enough without going over board. I think it will fit my need great. I am using it on the outside of my office building to receive daily mail. Should do great. If I were to change the design, I would make the mail slot maybe 1.5 inches tall instead of I think this one is 3 inches tall. That would increase the difficulty of tapering. But maybe that change would effect how the mail slot operates. As it is now, it operates perfectly and I really like it. I also upgraded to the heavier, nicer keyed lock. I think it's the medeco lock. Very happy and terrific customer service and very fast delivery. Definitely recommend. ***** I mounted this box on brick building. The box comes with 6 predrilled holes. I used the top three holes and drilled holes into mortar joint of brick and used like an inch and a quarter length wall dog screw to anchor to wall. I then drilled two new holes in the box toward the bottom of the box(to line up with another mortar joint. The predrilled holes near the bottom of the box just quite didn't hit a mortar joint.) I then screwed in two more wall dog screws into the mortar joints. Worked great. Very well anchored. Working with brick, you gotta measure exactly where the hole goes. Not nearly as forgiving as wood stud, etc. If you wanted increased anchoring to pretty much make it impossible to rip this box off the wall, you could also mount a steel post under this box. There are predrilled holes in the bottom of this box. You could anchor the post to the wall and to the ground. I don't need that level of anchoring. Good luck with your box if you decide to purchase. Definitely worth the investment as far as I'm concerned.

The box is fabulous!! Customer service is over the top!! I ordered my box and within 10 minutes one of the owners called me to say they were backed up and would be out in 2 to 3 weeks. I actually received it within a week. Above and beyond my expectations for customer service. Would highly recommend.

we needed a large, secure, and attractive wall mounted mailbox for a modern property. and it also had to be accessible by many since it was an office situation where deliveries, small to medium size amazon envelopes, bulky business documents (unfolded!), manuscripts, flash drives, and more... were dropped off on a daily basis and 6 people had to regularly grab the deliveries, mail and things. after a lot of web digging, we found it right here. the style of this secure, heavy-duty box was simple, clean, elegant enough in a professional way. perhaps a liiiittttttle utilitarian, but not unattractive. we thought it would blend in well, in an unobtrusive way... and it does. and the combo lock meant many designated people could open it without the hassle of keys. afterall... who needs more keys?! nobody!... we have now received the box and see it is a serious and quite heavy box (25.5 pounds! heavy as a dumbell...) with very good build. we got the 12-gauge version, and it is thick. there's also a 10-gauge, but because of sensitive documents and media that we receive, we went for the heavier duty version. it is super solid. if someone wanted to bust in- it would likely take them a long time to do it. the steel panels are substantial - and will not simply or easily bend like a standard sheet metal. making things even better with the purchase and decision, was working with steve who provided fantastic customer service. if you interact with him, that alone will help you know you're getting a top notch product! steve also helped us customize this -- we got it powder coated in white, since that was a better color to match the property. this is an expensive and extra cost service, understandably. but we wanted the color to be done right and professionally and i was very grateful and happy to even have the option to customize the color. anyway- this is an excellent box from an equally excellent company. buy it here. buyt it now. and you'll be happy you did because you'll get great service and a great mailbox too. and thank you steve for all the help! a+!

Nice sturdy unit

We bought this box for our Board of Directors' use. Since several people would be accessing it, the combination lock is ideal. The box is sturdy, and truly is weatherproof as it has been under rain a few times now. Steve was more than accommodating when the item we ordered was on back order. Highly recommend if you need a locking drop box.
