Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. We offer a 30 day money-back guarantee on non-custom items.

To be eligible, an item must be in new condition and in its original packaging.

Before you send anything back, email us at steve@lockingsecuritymailbox.com to request a return authorization. Returns shipped without authorization, or returned late, are subject to a 50 percent restocking fee.

Some items cannot be returned:

• Custom or made-to-order items
• Bulk orders of more than 10 units

Personalized items may be returned, but a 75 percent restocking fee applies. Large items carry a 15 to 20 percent restocking fee.

Original shipping costs are not refundable.

If your order arrives damaged, notify us within 3 business days of delivery so we can file a claim and make it right.
