The hopper style door on this large mailbox easily accepts small packages, envelopes and standard sized mail. The maximum parcel size accepted: 12"W x 11"L x 3"H to 12"W x 5"L x 5"H. The large capacity mail storage area is only accessible by opening the locked compartment door. Two keys are included and the lock is a sturdy zinc plated cam lock. This mailbox has been fully powder coated to protect against joint and seam corrosion.
The body of this locking mailbox is made of 16 gauge steel and the access door is made of 14 gauge steel. The overall dimensions are 20" H x 13.5" W x 18.5" D.
This locking mailbox can easily be bricked or in cased in stone to add charm to any home. Other installation options such as plaster or stucco can also be used. This mailbox can also be mounted on a post or other solid surface.
