Great product.
I was very satisfied with the product. The thing I was most impressed by was the customer service experience. I thought I knew exactly what I wanted and when I placed the order, within a few minutes, I received an email to make sure what I was ordering is what I wanted. Turns out what I was ordering was not going to meet my needs and would have resulted in returning the product. After we talked for a few minutes, Steve suggested a couple different options for me. What I ended up with is was the correct product for my needs and a business I would easily recommend to anyone needing this type of product. Had to modify extension on drop slot but ordered incorrect slot. Assumed wall thickness was only 4 wall - Actually an 8 wall.
